Formular-Chef: List email sender

   Formular-Chef: List email sender
         Use the email address of the visitor as the sender
         Define the sender address

You can instruct the Formular-Chef to send the email to you as though it came from a certain sender. You can then have the emails automatically sorted in your email program or reply directly to the visitor of your site with REPLY. Two examples:

Use the email address of the visitor as the sender

    Let's assume you want to directly reply to the email of the visitor, which you receive from the Formular-Chef. For this, you must first learn the email address of the customer. Insert an input field as follows:

    Please list your email address here: <input name="sender">

    When the visitor sends the form, you receive an email with his email address as the sender, so that you can answer him directly with the REPLY function of your email program.

Define the sender address

    You want to set a fixed sender (e.g. for automatic applications). To do this, insert the following line into your HTML-form:

    <input type="hidden" name="sender" value="Your.email@YourDomain.de">

    The emails that you receive then all have one sender to which you can forward the emails, for example.
